How ONLAND collects, uses, stores and deletes the data you share with us.

WHO WE ARE
ONLAND is a food manufacturing and supply brand producing dried, freeze-dried and frozen foods, herbs and spices, operating from licensed factory No. 652 in the Third Settlement, New Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt. This policy explains how we handle the data you share with us.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you submit a distribution enquiry or contact us via Facebook, Instagram or our website, we collect your name, your phone number, your email address if you provide one, and your business type and the area you cover.
We do not collect financial data, card numbers, national ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
To contact you about the distribution enquiry or question you submitted; to assess whether your business fits our distribution network; and to send you the product specifications or quotations you requested. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
SHARING
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data reaches only our sales and distribution team. We may use technical service providers, such as email or CRM platforms, to store and process data on our behalf; they are bound to keep it confidential.
RETENTION
We retain your data for as long as there is an active or prospective commercial relationship, and delete it 24 months after the last contact if no business follows. You may request deletion at any time.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request full deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Email m.abdellah@onland.ai and we will action the request within 30 days.
FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM LEAD FORMS
When you complete an Instant Form on our Facebook or Instagram ads, the form data is sent to us directly by Meta. Your use of Meta's platforms is also governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
